By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using Bookloh, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use Bookloh, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and be authorised to act on behalf of your business if applicable.
3. Using Bookloh
Bookloh provides tools for managing bookings and events, customers and team members, quotations and invoices, payments and reports, and business operations. Features vary depending on your subscription plan.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, managing users in your workspace, and all activity performed under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Bookloh for illegal or fraudulent activities, access another company's workspace without permission, upload misleading or unlawful content, circumvent plan limits, billing, or security controls, or reverse engineer or misuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Bookloh. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process and store your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving Bookloh. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and manage customer data stored in the platform.
7. Third-Party Services
Bookloh may integrate with third-party providers such as Google, Firebase, Stripe, and Meta WhatsApp. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged automatically until cancelled. Trial offers are subject to the terms shown during signup. Failed payments may result in limited access or suspension.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Unless required by law, payments and trial fees are generally non-refundable.
10. Intellectual Property
Bookloh, including its software, branding, logos, and documentation, remains the property of Three Pro Production. You receive a limited licence to use the Service while your subscription remains active.
11. Privacy
Your use of Bookloh is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
12. Disclaimer
Bookloh is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookloh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
