  • Do I need to know how to code?

    No. Bookloh is a web app—you sign in, set up your services and team, and manage bookings from the dashboard. No HTML, CSS, or JavaScript required.

  • What do I get with the RM59 trial?

    RM59 gives you 30 days of full access to every feature—bookings, calendar, customers, invoicing, and reports—so you can test the system before choosing a plan.

  • What plans are available?

    We offer Starter, Pro, and Business. Starter is for lean teams; Pro adds salesperson tools and basic reports; Business includes e-invoices, advanced reports, and multi-user access. Save up to 20% when you pay yearly.

  • Is there a limit on how many bookings I can create?

    Yes—each plan has a booking limit (Starter includes 100 bookings/month, Pro includes 1,000 bookings/month, and Business is unlimited). You'll see a notice in the app when you're near your limit and can upgrade anytime.

  • Can my whole team use Bookloh?

    Yes. Add team members, assign them to bookings and the calendar, and control access with role-based permissions so each person only sees what they need.

  • Does Bookloh support e-invoices and payments?

    On Business (and during your trial), you can create e-invoices, record payments, and use quotation and payment receipt templates. Lower tiers focus on core booking and customer management.

  • Can I sync bookings to my phone calendar?

    Yes. Subscribe to your bookings calendar from the app and add it to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar so confirmed appointments stay visible on your phone.

  • Can I cancel or change my subscription?

    Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing from Billing in the app. There's no long-term contract—cancel before your next billing date if you no longer need the service.
